“REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS”:

New homeowners statistically tend to spend up to 20 times more money in the first six (6) months of occupancy than existing homeowners spend over two years. That being said, it’s better to work with reputable service providers that we can find for you upon request. Much better to start with someone that has reliable references than picking out somebody from a phone book and avoid an unfortunate, extra expensive experience.

“SKI GUIDE SERVICES” We have access to a “Mt. Guide” via Sun Valley Guest services when you need assistance for someone to show you the trails on Baldy Mt. When to ski what part of the mountain during what part of the day. That way you get an even tan while sitting on the chairlift. Plus ski guide service for backcountry, and heli skiing in our area.

"BIKE PATH GUIDE" Ambassador program access to a “Bike Guide” service when you need assistance for someone to show you the bike paths between Sun Valley and Ketchum to show the Bike Trails. 

"HIKING GUIDE" We have access to a hiking guide outfitter service when you need assistance with which hiking paths to hike or trek, when, at what time of the day.  

"FISHING GUIDE" We have access to a fishing guide outfitter service when you need assistance with which river to fish when at what time of the day.
